Can I work on myself online in Kazakhstan, on my own, with a subscription?

In short

Yes. 108psy.com offers self-guided online work with the method of Aizhan Li from Almaty: first the free Ladder diagnostic, then short video exercises matched to your ladder, at your own pace. The subscription is 19,900 ₸ a month, paid by Kaspi invoice, and you can cancel at any time. If you haven’t opened a single video within 14 days, you get a full refund. The diagnostic works in English, but the videos are in Russian.

How it works

Payment and refunds

Enter your Kaspi number on the diagnostic results screen and you’ll get an invoice. Confirm it in the Kaspi app and the videos open. You sign in as a guest or with Google; no password needed.

Kaspi is a Kazakhstani banking app, so for now you can only pay if you have a Kaspi account.

If no more than 14 days have passed since payment and you haven’t opened a single video, you get a full refund. Otherwise, you get back the amount for the unused days. The terms are in the public offer on the site, in Russian.

Who it suits

People who want to work through one specific goal, are ready to do the exercises on their own and understand Russian. It’s convenient if you don’t have the time or money for weekly sessions, or don’t live in Almaty.

Who should see a specialist in person

If things are very hard for you right now, you’ve had a recent traumatic experience, or you have thoughts of harming yourself, self-guided work isn’t right for you. You need live help from a specialist.
